No, we do not have a storefront. We operate the bakery out of our licensed home kitchen.

We are located in Irvine (Orange County, CA). We operate out of our licensed home kitchen.
Our hours are 10 am to 6 pm.

You can place an order by using our Contact form on our website, by phone, or via email. We try our best to reply as soon as possible.

What do I need to include to place an order?

When placing an order, please let us know the exact dessert title, quantity, date of pick up, and if you would like it to be gluten free, vegan, eggless and/or nut free.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Accepted Answer

As every dessert is created in small batches with fresh ingredients, it is important that we have enough time to create your dessert to perfection. We request you to please order 3 to 5 days in advance.
For big events and parties, please order at least 2 weeks in advance.

Do you require a Deposit?

We do not need a deposit for orders below $100.
Any order above $100 requires a 50% deposit.

What kind of payment do you take?

We take cash, credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal.

Do you offer delivery?

We do not deliver as it takes time away from baking, and getting desserts ready for our clients on time. We only offer pick up from our location in Irvine. The address is provided when you place your order.

Do you have items I can pick up today?

We do not keep any ready made desserts for immediate pick up. Every dessert is made to order so an order has to be placed way in advance.

Do you make multiple layered decorated cakes?

We only make one layer cakes in 2 sizes - 9 inch and 11 inch. In order to make the desserts healthier, & and keep sugar levels down, we do not use traditional frostings which are very high in sugar and fat. Instead, we use a light glaze on top of all our cakes and decorate with as fruits, nuts, sprinkles, dragees etc. The cakes are incredibly delicious & moist, and still look beautiful, but without the added sugar and fat.

Do you make Wedding cakes or tiered cakes?

We do not make wedding cakes or any kind of decorated tiered cakes.

Do you do cater for dessert bars, and dessert tables at events?"

We cater for all events. We have a large selection of delicious mini desserts which are perfect for dessert bars, and dessert tables at events like:
- Tartlets
- Mini bundt cakes
- French almond financiers
- Shortbread bars
- Mini cheesecakes
- Cheesecake cups
- Water ganache truffles

Do you have a gluten free and/or nut free facility?

We are not a certified gluten free or nut free facility. We take every precaution to prevent cross contamination. However, if you have a serious allergy, we suggest going to a bakery specializing in specific allergen free items.

What ingredients do you use?

Our gourmet desserts are freshly handcrafted in small batches using:
- Premium-quality and fresh ingredients
- Belgian Callebaut and French Guittard chocolates
- Organic extra virgin olive oil or organic coconut oil
- Fiber–rich whole grains
- Protein- and omega-rich nuts and seeds
- Organic ingredients are used when possible
We do NOT use refined sugars, hydrogenated oils, non GMO ingredients, artificial ingredients, preservatives, candy coatings, and artificial colors. 
All these elements allow us to 'lighten' our desserts without compromising on taste. Each dessert has layers of flavors, resulting in a final product that is decadent, delicious, and guilt-free!

Can you make Paleo or Keto Desserts?

We can make Paleo or Keto desserts on special request. However, due to the various restrictions of ingredients which can be used in both diets, we can only make some deseerts on our menu Paleo or Keto.

How do you package the desserts?

Accepted Answer

We pack our bakery items in our signature food-grade premium-quality chocolate brown bakery boxes which have detailed ingredient labels.
If it’s a gift, please let us know when you are ordering as we will tie the boxes with a lovely red organza and sateen-trimmed ribbon and attach a small card, at no extra charge.
We also do special packaging for favors, events, and party platters. We are happy to work with you to customize the packaging to match your event.

What COVID 19 measures are you taking?

We have strict COVID 19 protocols in place to allow you to have a stress free ordering and pick up experience. For your safety, will be wearing a mask, and maintaining appropriate distance during payment and pick up. For your comfort and convenience, we also offer contact less payment, and pick up.
