Covid Protocol:
We have strict COVID 19 protocols in place to allow you to have a stress free ordering and pick up experience.
For your safety, we will be wearing a mask, and maintaining appropriate distance during payment and pick up.
For your comfort and convenience, we also offer contact less payment, and contact less pick up.

We only make one layer cakes in 2 sizes - 9 inch and 11 inch. In order to make the desserts healthier, & and keep sugar levels down, we do not use traditional frostings which are very high in sugar and fat. Instead, we use a light glaze on top of all our cakes and decorate with as fruits, nuts, sprinkles, dragees etc. The cakes are incredibly delicious & moist, and still look beautiful, but without the added sugar and fat.
Our gourmet desserts are freshly handcrafted in small batches using:
- Premium-quality and fresh ingredients
- Belgian Callebaut and French Guittard chocolates
- Organic extra virgin olive oil or organic coconut oil
- Fiber–rich whole grains
- Protein- and omega-rich nuts and seeds
- Organic ingredients are used when possible
We do NOT use refined sugars, hydrogenated oils, non GMO ingredients, artificial ingredients, preservatives, candy coatings, and artificial colors.
All these elements allow us to 'lighten' our desserts without compromising on taste. Each dessert has layers of flavors, resulting in a final product that is decadent, delicious, and guilt-free!
We pack our bakery items in our signature food-grade premium-quality chocolate brown bakery boxes which have detailed ingredient labels.
If it’s a gift, please let us know when you are ordering as we will tie the boxes with a lovely red organza and sateen-trimmed ribbon and attach a small card, at no extra charge.
We also do special packaging for favors, events, and party platters. We are happy to work with you to customize the packaging to match your event.
